A map with about 15km radius is projected onto a globe. A Fastrax GPS module determines the position and the globe is rotated so that a model of a finger indicates the location on the map.
An ATMega168PA controls 2 servos. Builed in the dead-bug style without printed board.
The globe is based on a 2D map wich has been transformed to a spherical surface.
